Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to every account. Violations may result in suspension, termination, and — where warranted — reports to authorities.

You must not

• Upload forged, altered, or misleading compliance documents.
• Impersonate a company or a person, or misrepresent your role.
• Offer, solicit, or accept bribes or kickbacks in connection with a tender or inquiry.
• Collude with other bidders (bid-rigging, price fixing, cover bidding).
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against another user.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute vendor documents or tender data outside the Platform.
• Attempt to bypass Platform security, access controls, or rate limits.
• Use the Platform for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any illegal purpose.

Bidding conduct

Bids must be genuine offers you intend to honor. Companies must review bids fairly, without discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, or gender.

Reporting

If you notice abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity, contact abuse@vendygate.com. We investigate every report.

Enforcement

Depending on severity, we may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts, remove content, and cooperate with law enforcement.
